Refund Policy

This page summarizes section 6 of our Terms of Service. If the two ever differ, the Terms control.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your Telegram subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your access continues until the period you already paid for ends, and you are not charged again after it.

Refunds

We do not refund a period once it has begun. The service delivers its output continuously across the period.

We may refund at our discretion, for example when a technical fault stopped us from delivering, or when a charge was clearly made in error.

If the law where you live gives you a refund or cancellation right that cannot be changed by agreement, that right applies.

Send /paysupport in the bot, or email aftershockshq@gmail.com with your Telegram username. Telegram support cannot help with purchases made in this bot. We aim to reply within two business days.
