1. Who you are dealing with

Aftershocks is operated by Genetti Enterprises LLC (“Aftershocks”, “we”, “us”). By subscribing to or using the Aftershocks bot or channels, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not subscribe.

2. What Aftershocks is

Aftershocks publishes automated technical measurements and alerts produced by a rules-based detector. Everything we publish is general market information, distributed identically to every member on the same schedule.

3. What Aftershocks is not

We are not an investment adviser, broker, dealer, exchange, or money manager. Nothing we publish is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

We do not know your account, your balance, your holdings, your tax position, or your financial goals, and nothing we publish is adapted to them.

We never hold, access, receive, or move your funds. We cannot place a trade for you. We have no access to any exchange account you hold. Any trade you make is your own decision, executed in your own account, under your own control.

We do not trade the signals we publish. Aftershocks holds no position in anything it measures or reports on.

4. Eligibility

You must be of legal age to enter a contract where you live, and you must be permitted under the laws of your country to purchase this kind of service. You are responsible for knowing whether that is the case; we cannot know it for you.

We do not offer this service to residents of countries subject to comprehensive sanctions, or anywhere its sale would be unlawful. We may refuse or cancel any subscription at our discretion.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Paid access is sold in Telegram Stars through Telegram’s payment system. Telegram, not Aftershocks, processes the payment and holds the Stars.

Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days by deducting Stars from your Telegram balance, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Telegram; cancellation stops future renewals and does not shorten the period you have already paid for.

Telegram sets the price of Stars, and what you pay in your own currency depends on your country, your platform, and applicable taxes. Those amounts are outside our control.

6. Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Paid access is sold as a 30-day subscription period, charged in Telegram Stars through Telegram’s payment system.

You may cancel at any time from your Telegram subscription settings. Cancellation stops the next charge. It does not end the period you have already paid for: your access continues until that period expires, and you are not charged again after it.

We do not refund the current period once it has begun. The service delivers its output continuously across the period, and a period already underway has already been substantially delivered.

We may issue a refund at our discretion — for example where a technical fault prevented delivery, or where a charge was clearly made in error. Refund requests go to /paysupport in the bot.

Where the law of your own country or state gives you a refund or cancellation right that cannot be varied by agreement, that right applies and nothing in this section limits it.

7. The public record

Every signal we publish appears in our public channel. Wins and losses alike. Nothing is filtered, edited, or deleted, and nothing appears there that was not produced by the bot.

The public record is what we did, not a promise about what comes next.

8. Risk

Cryptocurrency is volatile and speculative. You can lose your entire position. No outcome we describe is guaranteed, and past results do not predict future results. Do your own research. Consider speaking to a licensed professional before you trade.

9. Your use of what we publish

Your subscription is for you. Do not redistribute, resell, republish, or forward our paid signals to anyone else, including in other groups or channels. We may cancel without refund if you do.

10. Support and disputes

Use /support for questions about the service and /paysupport for anything about a payment. We aim to respond within two business days.

Telegram support cannot help you with purchases made through this bot. All payment questions must come to us.

11. Availability

We do not promise uninterrupted service. Alerts may be delayed, missed, or wrong because of outages, data provider failures, or defects. We are not liable for any trade you make or fail to make as a result.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted to the channel before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kitsap County, Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the consumer-protection laws of your own country or state, where those laws apply and cannot be varied by agreement.
